1. Controller
Controller under the GDPR: [OWNER / LEGAL ENTITY], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTCODE CITY], Germany. Email: [OWNER EMAIL]. Telephone: [OPTIONAL PHONE]. Data protection contact: [IF APPLICABLE].
2. Hosting and access logs
The site is intended for Cloudflare Workers. The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, browser information and security signals to deliver and protect the service. Add the final Cloudflare account configuration, data-processing terms, retention periods and transfer safeguards here.
3. Local browser storage
Divine Dhun stores favourites, recently played IDs, the last selected song, ambience choice and consent preferences in localStorage. This information normally remains on the visitor’s device and can be cleared through browser controls. The lawful basis and any local-storage exemption should be confirmed for the final configuration.
4. YouTube embeds
Videos are embedded from YouTube. Divine Dhun does not host the video or audio files. Content ownership remains with the respective YouTube channels and copyright holders. YouTube and Google services may set cookies or process device, network and viewing data when a player is loaded.
The player is gated until the visitor allows YouTube embeds. Privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com URLs are preferred, but Google may still receive data once the player loads or the visitor interacts. Review Google’s current privacy terms and international-transfer information before launch.
5. Analytics and advertising
No Google Analytics, AdSense or other optional analytics/advertising script is installed in this initial version. Reserved consent categories and ad spaces do not themselves load those services. If services are added later, update this policy and obtain consent where required before they load.
6. Contact
The contact form prepares an email in the visitor’s email application and does not submit to a Divine Dhun database. The sender’s email provider and the operator’s provider process the message. Insert the provider, lawful basis, retention practice and deletion process before launch.
7. Rights
Depending on the circumstances, data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and complaint to a supervisory authority. Insert the competent German supervisory authority for the operator’s location.
Use the contact page. Rights holders can use the dedicated content-removal process.
